MultiTextEditor is part of the SCMS3 Flash CMS. Embedded in a multi user system you are able to edit all kind of textfiles.This software can edit and create easily all kinds of text files.
It includes a full featured richtext editor with the capability to insert images and hyperlinks. As a special you will get the ability to edit and transform textfiles from on enecoding to another. For example open a textfile encoded in Windows 1251 (cyrrilic) and save it as utf-8.
